I just wanted to note that, in my genealogical research, I found out that I am descended from the subject of this song. i.e. King Dagobert of France. I am also desceded from King Coilus known in the English nursery rhyme as "Old King Cole". I just wanted to tell anyone who'd listen realy. ;-) | |
